Every Saturday morning, the Mr. Bob’s family gathers at Kosciuszko Park at 7:45am to serve the Milwaukee homeless community. We not only provide necessities such as food, hygiene items, and clothing, but we also provide the emotional support that our friends need the most. Our volunteer’s complete tasks including setting up coffee and snacks, moving and sorting items out of the Mr. Bob’s truck, helping our friends find items they need, and packing up the truck after sorting. Join us and see how great it feels to be part of our compassionate team.
6:00pm to 7:00pm Every Thursday night, AT OUR NEW LOCATION, a group of volunteers sorts donated items received for the homeless. This is a critical part of Mr. Bob’s work, as it enables items to be well organized on Saturday mornings, so the men, women, and children we serve can quickly and easily find items they need in appropriate sizes. Sorting may also include assembling hygiene and care packs.
